Here's
a step-by-step recipe for making Beetroot cutlets!
Ingredients:

2 medium-sized beetroots, boiled and grated

2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
3.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
4.
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
5.
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
6.
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
7. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
8.
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
9.
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
10. 1/2 teaspoon
red chili powder (adjust to taste)
11. Salt to taste
12. Oil for
shallow frying
Instructions:

Prepare the Beetroots: Peel and boil
the beetroots until they are tender. Once done, grate them and set aside.

Boil and Mash Potatoes: Boil the
potatoes until they are soft. Peel and mash them thoroughly.

Mix Beetroots and Potatoes:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated beetroots and mashed
potatoes.

Add Spices and Flavorings: Add
ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, garam masala,
cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well
to form a uniform mixture.

Shape the Cutlets: Take a small
portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval. Repeat this process
with the remaining mixture.

Coat with Breadcrumbs: Roll each
cutlet in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are evenly coated. This gives a crispy
texture when frying.

Shallow Fry the Cutlets: Heat oil in a
pan for shallow frying. Once the oil is hot, place the cutlets in the pan and
cook until they are golden brown on both sides.

Drain Excess Oil: Once the
cutlets are cooked, place them on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.

Serve: Serve the
beetroot cutlets hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
